I already got the Superbowl, there's no more Kawhi, and the Loafs are not really contending, so it's a wash.

The biggest losers are in Beantown, this was their year
A wash for you maybe. For me, it just sucks balls. Bruins fans getting screwed over more than Avs fans is of no comfort at all.
Well I would prefer that there was hockey on until the weather gets nice, it is a big hole in the tv schedule

Who knows how long this panic will remain in full retard mode, they might come to their senses before too long

They say they will try to save the playoffs, even if they have to play some ad hoc format
They better come to their senses and they better leave Nurmagomedov-Ferguson alone, or I'll really be pissed.

It's the public health departments who are wetting their beds,

the NHL really has no choice once a public health department has recommended something

They could tell the public health department to go suck a lemon, they just lack balls.

Nah, they are totally motivated by money, they won't risk the lawsuits

Somebody in office has to tell the public health departments that the world cannot be shut down for the next 8-12 months, so if it's not getting it done by the end of the month, we need a green light to get back to work in the new normal

Well, not "we", I mean you have to get back to work in the new normal, I'll be chillin' here on my deck

Shutting down the playoffs is not good for their bottom line, lawsuits or no lawsuits. If they are as driven by money as you claim, they'll back the fuck off right quick, and stop quaking in their boots over "lawsuits".

I'm basically missing a maximum 7 playoff games, I really wasn't expecting to get past Tampa

Yeah, well some of us watch the playoffs whether their team is in the playoffs or not. You might not care after the Leafs are out, but I do, and the NHL's bottom line sure as hell does as well. The money doesn't stop rolling in once the Leafs are eliminated, and the NHL is well aware of that.

I already went through my pissed off stage when this team came out flat, after months of it, I've moved on

I'm not convinced that this level of retard can be maintained for more than a few weeks

They cancelled school for the next three weeks, they haven't cancelled the school year
