LOL you just quoted a video where he literally won a fight using capoeira.
He lost that fight. I watched it, the judges disagree, but the judges suck.

Have you seen the fight? I bet not. You just saw some highlights and assumed he did well in that fight, instead of losing to mediocre middleweight and getting a gift of a decision win.

Not many fighters lose to capoeria techniques. Some of them are useful, in the right situations, the spinning back fist for example, but Caporeira is one the least useful striking bases there is, all flash, little substance.

You are confusing the acrobatics you see in the game with what people do in real fights. In an actual fight it looks a little more like kickboxing.

Here are some random dudes (not professional fighters) getting pissed and switching from the game to a real fight.

Needed more strikes, but capoera doesn't really use them much.

No I'm not. I know many striking techniques that are from capoeira and don't require dancy dance movement. There are no Capoeira base guys at the top of the fight game for a reason, some top fighter use capoeira techniques, but as flavor, not as their bread and butter, because they don't like to lose.

Name one top ten fighter in any weight class who is primarily a Capoeria fighter? I'll save you the time, there are none, not even one.

There are no anything-based guys at the top of MMA. It's called MIXED martial arts, LOL.
