I'm having another Gourmet MRE, boil in a bag Mussels Provencale with M&M fries in the Actifry.

Belgian Moules Frittes, mussels and fries with mayo on the side.

Ribeye steak

Salt and pepper

Grill to desired doneness

Eat with romaine hearts and onions chopped roughly and topped with salsa

Does it get any simpler?

Mild white fish of your choosing
1 cucumber
5 limes
2 lemons or 1 orange
Pico de gallo

Finely slice fish into cubes
Cut cucumber into small pieces
Place cucumber and fish in bowl together
Squeeze all the citrus into the bowl
Mix
Let sit for 20 min or more
Transfer fish and cucumber mixer to another bowl (or drain the citrus if you're trying to conserve bowls)
Add pico de gallo

You have ceviche

I just had a Montreal bagel with bacon, egg and a Kraft cheese slice, Heinz tomato ketchup on the side.

Damn good.

I spent part of my break watching this video. It is sort of mesmerizing. It looked like he was wearing the same clothes for the video. I wonder if he actually ate that many eggs over the course of the day.

Make sure that fish was frozen first. Read up on Anisakis worms and it'll put you off unfrozen sushi. The citrus pickling does not kill the worms. Japan has the highest rate of Anisakiasis in the world.
