Light breakfast and fast till sunset which doesn't leave much room for beer after dinner. That's basically what I decided to do along with not fapping. No meat on Fridays.

I feel like this is a good compromise.

I'm eating 16:8 right now so I'm already fasting a lot daily, but I'm giving up mammal meat for all of Lent this year.

I would do fish only but I think I would end up eating too many carbs when fish is not an option, so I'm eating fish and chicken.
