What the EU is doing is not real EUism and is not what Marx intended. Next time, it will work perfectly.

Would Europe be Better without the EU?

Post by heydaralon » Fri Dec 07, 2018 2:52 pm

This is a pressing issue, and I'd like to put forward this unbiased poll to see what the board thinks about this. Please understand, the EU has accomplished many remarkable things, and this poll should not be taken as criticism of its current policies or leadership...

No, but America would be without such a large trading block to compete with.
This is what really lies at the heart of America's dislike of the EU.
You can always tell when Americans fear something, they label it Marxist so that even people with no understanding of it can detest it.
Kind of like why all Floridians smell so that even the blind can hate them. ;)
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

The extent to which most Americans consider Europe is that of a slightly more upscale Disneyland. You are just a vacation destination for us.

Americans travel to Europe so they can tell their friends they traveled to their ancestral lands, and then they get back to the business of actually keeping the world running.

Dude, I never once insulted Europe or talked bad about the UK or muslims. You have no cause to talk to me that way. This sort of below the belt, demeaning behavior is to be expected from a former EU member. It will take them awhile to regain their class.

Blimey, where's the air freshener?

Hilarious!

I'm not voting until 'Rope' is an option.
