Tore my meniscus membrane clean off.

This Friday I had an emergency surgery, I tire/ripped my meniscus membrane inside my right knee knee clean off, they had to re-attach it to my kneecap.

I'm already walking on said knee, short stints, but trying to explain to a two-year-old why you can't get wet, play "bath" or run with him any more till I heal sucks.

This is why movement training is important. It strengthens joints and ligaments, greatly increases mobility and flexibility, and makes you more solid.

You are going to need to get super serious about physical therapy of that thing or you will be plagued with issues for life at this age.
