This is an ongoing saga, and it was fully expected to come to this. The 9th circuit isn't the liberal rubber stamp it was and its hard to know how this is will all go down. Even if the ban is upheld, will scotus hear the case? They don't usually take up cases like these, but the highest court has shifted too. Either way, its either going to be a fantastic victory or a dark template other states are sure to follow.

That's only true for beginning teachers anyway. Eventually, you have created enough lesson plans that you only have to slightly modify them.
