Yeah, but Ford originally wanted Han Solo and Alex Guinness wanted Obi Wan to live in the first movie. IMO, JJ just gave Ford what he wanted when he killed off Han Solo. Also, he is already pushing 74, the man can't really do action movies like what he used to anymore. IMO, he should get more roles that are more like mentoring roles (in the movies) than flat out action movies.

Also, Fisher was only 60 and was the youngest out of the three original cast members.
Ford is starring in the new Bladerrunner movie that is coming out in Oct of 2017. The Teaser Trailer looks good.

 I'm hoping that Ford can make the movie and that Gosling will end up being more of a..........Robin to Ford's Batman? I know I might be hoping for too much. Bradley Cooper would've been a better choice. IMO.

Carrie Fisher's mom kicked the bucket. The Reaper must have had a quota to reach this year.

I was thinking, we're really only on our third generation of Hollywood actors. The stars we grew up with are dying off, and it seems like all the stars in Hollywood are dying, when really it's just that Hollywood doesn't have any stand-out performers like they used to. Now they just cycle you out when you hit 25, and move in some 18 year old whose soul they'll crush.
