GWB inked the US-India Civil Nuclear Agreement. A little obscure sure, but I still feel it was important.

2. Better at protecting property rights - basically the lynchpin of any economy in our modern world.

3. Less likely to get derailed by paternalistic efforts to correct percieved injustices... well meaning efforts that often get bogged down in disempowering hostile dependency.

4. Often more assertive and thus more effective in foreign policy.

5. Less likely to engage in self-defeating culturally destructive actions such as suppressing the cultural underpinnings of the majority culture.
