A family’s bulldog saved their lives when a rampaging murderer who had already stabbed one woman and killed another came into their home.

Donte Wyatt, 32, had stabbed his estranged wife, then strangled another woman in her home before he broke into the house owned by Adra and Eric Wilson.

Thankfully, their American bulldog, also called Wilson, was there.

The dog barked, warning his owners that something was wrong – and stopped Wyatt from climbing the stairs, while his owners called the police, according to AJC.com.

Eric Wilson said, ‘He just basically acted as a deterrent, and kept the intruder from coming upstairs.

‘They say the dog bit him a couple of times, just kept him at bay.
