12 minutes in and a full scale scrap over a late tackle. It's like Goose Green all over again.

Tough first half.
Argentina down to 14 players at 17 mins after dangerous high tackle. England have had most of the territory and possession but Argentina are fighting hard.
15-3 England lead with 3 unconverted tries to Argentina's penalty kick.
I think we'll pull away in the 2nd half as the Argies tire.

39-10. Decent test for England.
6 tries to 1. Another bit of handbags right at the end. First team to quality for the knockout rounds. Argentina going home.
Have to beat France next Saturday to win the group.

The Jocks needed to win by 8 clear points against Japan to make it through to the QFs.
Final score Scotland 21-Japan 28

Japan's first-ever QF will be against South Africa.

Shame for the Scots but good for the tournament to have the hosts in the next round.

Ireland plays New Zealand, France plays Wales and England will play Australia.

My prediction for the semis is NZ v Eng and Wales v SA.

England safely through to the semi-finals after a comfortable 40-14 win over the Aussies.
Bring on the all blacks next Saturday.
