5 pages without any mention of Eddie Izard or Ricky Gervais?

Patrice O'Neal
Bill Burr
Dylan Moran
Louis CK

Honorable mentions: Dara O'Briain and Bill Bailey.

Patrice O'Neal was something special though.

Also, is there a reason why all the best comedy comes from the anglosphere?

Really liked Eddie Izard early on but not so much recently.
Ricky Gervais is underated by a lot of people in my opinion. A great writer and quick on his feet when hosting awards ceremonies etc. Fairly unique sense of humour. America seems to have stolen him away from us these days.

I'm interested to know what people think of the Al Murray clip "on nations" I posted earlier. Does his humour work overseas or is he a bit too niche. He's a keen historian and made a brilliant road to Berlin series starting with D day and ending with the fall of Berlin.

Gilbert Godfrey or whatever his names may be is a truly horrible comedian.

The only Mount Rushmore he belongs to is the one looming over the proles in hell, where he won't ever shut up with that annoying voice.

Love, love, love that guy, but he's not a standup comedian.

My family has a Bill Murray dropped by story. :D

Awesome. You've reminded me that I'm overdue for my annual What About Bob? viewing.
