The Muricans are holding up pretty well over in the UK side of Ireland.

Speith, Kuchar, Fowler, Finau, Schauffele, Holmes . . . I'll take any of those lads tomorrow and with a smile.

(Here's a secret I'm only telling you though Montez: I'm sort of pulling for Tommy Fleetwood. Don't tell anyone I said that pls)

I don't think they let lesbians get on the sticky wicket pitch, though.

You've lauded him in the past. I don't think your love for him is a secret.

4 limeys and 1 Irish in the top 8 right now and 3 yanks.
Don't tell them but we still count Irish as British when it comes to sport.

I feel that this thread has deviated too far from it's true topic.

The true purpose of this thread is to introduce the best sports in the world to a nation which thinks driving round and round in circles is somehow a legitimate motor sport.

So in the spirit of advancement I feel it is my duty to inform you that the Ashes starts in about 5 minutes.
Known as the greatest rivalry in international sport the Ashes is a series of five, five day cricket matches between Australia and England to determine who wins a tiny wooden cup containing the burnt remains of part of a wicket from 137 years ago.

Part of a possible England hat trick this year including the cricket world cup (already in the bag) and the Rugby world cup beginning in the Autumn.
