And I do think Babcock is vastly overrated, but at the same time, he can't make them stop squeezing their sticks.

Matthews, Marner, Nylander, all invisible, Freddie Toskala fish flopping.

Babcock can't play the games for them.

All coaches will say the same things to a team which is choking, relax, just play.

It's out of the coaches hands really, they either over think it or they don't.

I don't so much blame Babcock as I simply assert that coaching itself is all bullshit.

You can't lead from behind.

All coaches use the same systems, all coaches say the same things.

Don't pay a coach $50 million, because in actual fact they're all the same.

The players will choke or they won't, they barely even notice what the coach is saying in game.

And what he is saying is the same as every other coach is saying, there is no fifty million dollar secret sauce.

This is on Matthews, this is on Tavares.

$22 million dollar choke.

Babcock is as much of a passenger here as I am.

It's like the Any Given Sunday Epic Coaches Speech?

That's just in the movies.

If you've ever played hockey you know that the game goes by fast and your never heard anything the coach was saying.

When you're a player, you're in your own little world.

The coach yapping at you is just like the Teacher's Voice from Charlie Brown.

Can't lead from the bench.

There's still time, but I'm not getting emotionally invested, the Hockey Gods are not with us.

See, Boston still has them in the sleeper hold.

You can't piss away two periods in the playoffs and then expect the Hockey Gods will save you in the third.

This is what the Loafs bad habits in the regular season coming back to haunt them in the playoffs looks like.

Can't perform at home when the pressure is on, fall behind early then try to win it in five minutes.

It can work, about 10% of the time. 90% of the time you get what you deserve.

Well the Leafs stopped phoning it in, but too little too late in all likelihood, can't take 2+ periods off and expect to win.

This series is a toss up, it felt like it was going to come down to game seven, right from the beginning.

The rhythm of the series actually favours the Loafs.

The home team has actually choked more often than not in this series.

The team that lost last game seems to bounce back in the next.

The Leafs have played better in Boston, it will just come down to Freddie Toskala or Freddie Vezina, in game seven.
