First match wins for both Denmark and Sweden (both 1-0 against Peru and South Korea respectively)
England's first game is tonight against Tunisia in just under 4hrs.
Some big shocks already;
Argentina only getting a draw against Iceland
World champs Germany losing to Mexico
Brazil only drawing against Switzerland

Let's hope tonight's game goes to form...

They're called goals and there have been 26 so far.

26 points so far across all the games? That's impressive. Is that like 1.5 point per game?

12 games so a little over 2 on average.
I get it though, you dislike things you don't understand.
Explains why you hate everything.

Oh, is soccer an arcane subject I can't understand? Because it looks to me like a third world game where you kick a ball around on a field.

The one thing I do find interesting about soccer is the fans, though. Soccer fans are awesome when they get rowdy.

But that makes me think soccer is one of the things holding back European nationalism. It's just an outlet, like a safety valve for the state capitalist/globalist regime to maintain power and keep the proles busy at unimportant things.

There are more members of FIFA than countries in the UN so it's hardly a third world game. It is the one thing which binds all nations in a shared passtime.
I get it, you prefer watching gay men stretch (or gymnastics as you call it) but knocking football as a third world game is just dumb.
