A 3/1 1100 sf "starter" house on a 4900 sf lot, with a garage too small to park anything bigger than a Fiat, current yearly property tax of 8k+ a year, will list for 1.2 million. Sweet spot though, halfway between San Fran and Santa Clara. Prime locale.
