Plekanec seems to realize that 3C may actually be up for grabs here, if he can sustain the effort, I can see him taking it from butter soft Bozie.

Like, come the playoffs, I can totally see Babs going with Komarov-Plekanec-Kapanen/Brown, with Bozie and JVR getting fourth line minutes plus the powerplay.

If Plekanec can strut his stuff and get on Bab's crew, I can totally see them bringing him back next year. Depends on how his wheels are, but if they haven't fallen completely off and he can sustain the grind, he's actually a perfect stopgap Bozak replacement.
