Okra is my favorite.

Also good: onions, jalapenos and all kinds of hot peppers, eggs, green beans

and don't sleep in clothes in that. Keep them in the bag with you so they're warm when you put them on in the morning.

I used to do tons of tomatoes. I've done beef stew before, but I get gun shy around botulism.

If you know what you are looking for, you can find some great deals on ebay on high-end REI-type stuff from rich white-bread dummies who thought they were going to turn Grizzly Adams.
