The Russians didn't have Hank Lundqvist and the All World Swedish Defence; Hedman, Ekman-Larsson, Stralman, Klingberg, Brodin, and Edler.

True, but Lundqvist looks banged up, like Gibson looked before he finally went down last night. Got a gut feeling we pull it off anyway, but yeah on paper the Swedes are clearly better, a golden opportunity for Swedeland to finally best us in a WHC Gold Medal Game. If they lose we're in their heads at this tournament, it's official.

Somehow Schiefele got an award for one of Canada's top 3 players in the tournament over Nate MacKinnon. What a joke, he has 3 more points than Marner ffs.

Clearly Canada's three best forwards have been MacKinnon, O'Rielly and Marner, and thank fuck Colton Parayko showed up, but can't just have four guy's pulling on the rope, fuckin' Claude Giroulx, is he ever in decline.

John Cooper needs to start throwing Parayko and Vlasic over the boards every second shift, if he keeps throwing the likes of Demers and DeHaan out there, this is going to be over right quick.
