Well... that would have been a great idea...

His MAGA cap was a hint that he could have been motivated in that direction.

Trolls not being that bright, lots of options were possible... but a simple... "Hey look, plump, juicy kobolds are crossing the border fence!".... would probably have sent him on his way.... Killing two birds with one stone.

We'll never know now... unless someone wants to track down his trampled parts and wait until they reassemble.
