some are pretty good. Michael Mann's gunfights seem way more real than most of them. A lot of movies and shows have done a fairly good job imo. Band of Brothers/Saving Private Ryan all had combat that looked a lot like those WW2 in color docs I've seen. Generation Kill had some great scenes that weren't utterly ridiculous. That scene in Munich when they storm the PLO headquarters in Beirut is one of my favorite action scenes of all time. Fucking brutal and gritty.

Usually when I see a shitty action sequence in movies it makes me lose interest. There are exceptions, but hollywood has beaten that horse to death. I love it in movies when someone throws a grenade and you see this huge slowly moving fireball that the main character can outrun. The Long Kiss Good Night is probably the worst example of this lol. Or when the suppresor just makes the gun sound like bubble wrap. Its like the people who made the film didn't even take 5 minutes to watch a youtube video showing a real grenade or suppressor go off, and they are just like fuck it, lets make this as terrible as possible.
Im going to see the Burton "Dumbo" and Im actually kind of excited...haha. Do you think good ol Walt was a positive or net negative for us?
I hate Disney. Passionately. I also hate Tim Burton. That faggot is basically the prime mover of Hot Topic merch. Idk how many times I have seen a 250 pound emo girl wearing a Nightmare Before hoodie. The dude always does remakes. He can't come up with his own shit. And his remakes suck. Ed Wood is a great film though.

Question is do you hate golden age Disney circa 1940-1960?

I asking know you cannot escape the hellhole that is constant theme park land all around you so it's easy to hate that particularly but I'm referring to the traditional essence of it ? I mean dude why you hate kids and myth ? Haha

Those cartoon movies are shit. If I owned Disney stock I'd think about it from a business standpoint, and would probably be fine with manipulating children because I'd make money, but those movies are shit. Pure shit. And it aggravates me, because women (being stupid for the most part) gravitate towards it. My girlfriend loved disney as did her dumbass mother, and they even had those disney pass owner bumper stickers on my car. Other girls I've known are drawn to this lowest common denominator filth like a fly to shit. And you have to endure it, you have to watch these retard films if you want to fuck them in most cases, so its a fucking ordeal. Disney sucks. They make a shitload of money, so I give them props in that department, but they suck still.

DIS has plateaued.

They also never raised the dividend much, stuck at 1.59% which is meh.

I think its time to take the profits and move on.

If you are going to sit through the new Dumbo movie with a chick, the very least she should let you in the backdoor later.

Man, I think what needs to happen is that I need to just travel to some third world country like Brazil, find a prostitute, explain my needs and what orifices I want entry to, and then just pay her. To be honest, even taking into account air fare and so forth, it would be cheaper than seeing a movie in theaters nowadays. It seems like every time you take a girl to the movies they always want you to buy like $50 worth of snacks and shit too, plus dinner before hand. Fuck that, I'm just gonna fly to some bunny ranch in Nevada or to South America, hire a hooker, and explicitly request anal. That's the only way now. I'm not going to sit through despicable me 3 or Dumbo just to get my tool worked on.

Why don't you just order an escort?

You might need to haggle a bit for that one, though.

I'd pick most Disney movies over most Comic movies. Especially the older fairy tale oriented ones. The sheer volume of comic movies is astounding. I mean when I was a preteen reading comics all the time id be happier than a pig in shit to be a kid when these movies are coming out all the time. But its reached a quantity that I cannot imagine will continue for much longer but who knows. Kids need simpler plots and love cartoonish violence so its a home-run almost always.

I saw Avengers: Endgame yesterday. Not bad if you're into that sort. I've not seen all the ones leading up to this but it wasn't a big problem. I was a bit confused as to who some of the characters were but I didn't lose the plot.

It was the best Marvel movie of the ones I've seen.
