I've been going to Idaho my whole life. A lot of it is straight up Mormonville.

But seriously, I just want out of this state and into one where I can be free to fish and shoot and not get no guff.

I'm not going to either of those places. I got a two year plan though. From this thread it appears I will have to deal with pussies that damage your car when you're not around.

Idaho is full of White Supremacists. They will literally gas your gf on the spot. You would be much better off in Utah where the real action is.

Utah isn't a bad choice, its on my list of places I'm interested in moving to. There's a big tech sector, its beautiful, conservative, and plenty of outdoor stuff to do.

From time to time I keep an eye on the job listing in states I'd like to go. A couple months ago I saw a starting EE position in Missoula, I think it was like 70k starting, no experience required. That's pretty north and pretty cold and honestly I'm not sure how I'd fare up there, or my wife for that matter, but the point is a lot of states are paying good money to bring in outside talent.
