Does anyone know what percentage of memes are actually copyrighted and will be affected by this law if it is implemented?
If you want your meme to be circulated in future you might have to use original content or non copyrighted images. This is not the same as making memes illegal.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
