Re: Fight Club
You want to see an example of effective Capoeira in MMA? Here's some Jon Jones spinning elbows.
See? Not hard to find good examples, unless you are StA.

Re: Fight Club
Spinning back elbow is Capoeira, as is the spinning back fist. The only major difference between the two strikes is whether you extend your elbow or your fist, based on the range.

No it is not. Please just fuck off. You don't know anything about capoeira, which is fine. You disagree with me. I disagree with you. Stop dragging every God damned thread for 25 pages of nonsense backbiting.
Agree to disagree.

If you don't like being corrected on your incorrect assumptions about fighting, in a thread about fighting, you never should have started the thread.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2019 9:01 pmNo it is not. Re: Fight Club
There is no spinning elbow strike in capoeira. You can't even name this strike. This guy likely invented it. I don't really care about arguing with you. You obviously don't know anything about this topic, which doesn't surprise me after you spent probably a hundred pages bullshitting about aviation which you also know jack shit about.StCapps wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2019 9:03 pmIf you don't like being corrected on your incorrect assumptions about fighting, in a thread about fighting, you never should have started the thread.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2019 9:01 pmNo it is not. Yeah I don't know anything about fighting, I just watch way more of it than you ever will, and you want to front like you're the expert?Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2019 9:05 pmThere is no spinning elbow strike in capoeira. Not that an appeal to authority means jack shit, as clearly you don't know shit about the F-35 despite being an Air Force Veteran.
