I'm about ready to just scalpel out the plantar wart on my foot. Been there for years and about four months ago a couple other smaller ones formed on my same foot. I've used the stupid salic bandaids for months at a time before and tried the stupid duck tape on it for a month etc. I've even frozen it several times...nothing. So now I ordered the acid from amazon and a scalpel. Plan is to use the acid dropper on it everyday for up to 30 days and then cut that shit out. I've tried to cut it out before and it just grows back so I dont think it will matter unless the acid dropper on it works better than the acid bandaids.

That will probably work dude. So here's the thing that I learned: when you think you are ready to cut it off, try cutting it. If it hurts, than just let it scab up and then resume the acid for awhile, then try again. Warts can get pretty bloody if you just try cutting them off immediately. Its a waiting game. I feel your pain though. I used to have some nasty, warty fingers and palms.

Do you think a clean whole food/real food diet will help...or not really in its wheelhouse?

I don't think that affects wart growth at all man. Warts are caused by a virus that is related to HPV. They get in your skin and cause it to produce a bunch of cells in the same area, leading to the growth of a wart. Its not really a dietary thing as far as I know. I was always told you get them from digging, but tbh I'm not even sure that is true. I doubt what you are eating has any effect on the wart's growth.
