Truth be told, I need to back off. I have been lifting every day for the past few weeks, and my body is aching now. Can't sleep because of it.

Been vaping for about 3 years now. Quitting cigs was harder at first, I was trying all the super strong nic juices, even the shit they made with the MAOI that tobacco has...

Eventually was 100% vape, haven't gone back, down to 12mg nicotine. I've tried lower nic, but just end up vaping the juice quicker, so 12mg is a good balance for me. Juice also tastes better with lower nic, anything 18mg+ and I can taste the nicotine in it.

I used to try new gear constantly, so I have tons of crap I'd gladly give away if anyone wants it. Mech mods, RDA's, RTA's, etc. I was wrapping my own coils and making my own wicks. Finally got tired of it, and found out tanks had improved enough to make me happy.

I'm pretty happy with my Chinese 100w box mod, Aspire Clieto tank, and bomb ass banana nut crumble and bakers dozen local juice mix.

Damn it, I fell of the wagon today, I bought some tobacco. I think I'm going to have to try vaping as cold turkey hasn't worked. What is the best sort of vaporiser to get?

They sell the eGo T nearly everywhere for pretty cheap. It's a good starter. The one pictured seems to have a decent tank but usually the tanks look like this and aren't very good. (Note the wicks):



Then you just buy a bottle of juice somewhere. Most head shops of vape stores will let you try some juices and tanks.
