I did the triangle with a hickory wood chip in every pyramid. Intake air set to about 1/4 and exhaust wide open. Held 225* like a champ with little work from me.

Teflon destroys your testosterone as well. Along with all the other chemicals that do the same (plastics, especially, but also a lot of processed food additives). Men are weaker and feminized for more reasons than just the fucked up cultural marxist agenda.

Any stainless steel pan is going to be fine. Cast iron is okay, but there are risks of bacteria inherent in something like that if you don't properly maintain it.

My plain old tri-ply Cuisinart set has worked perfectly for years now.
