Sometimes I really just want to smack Jeff Sessions in the mouth for not doing his job.

Happy St George's day everyone.
Slay those Dragons.
In a humane and sustainable way obviously...
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

He's supposed to go to mass since this is St. George's feast day and St. George is the patron of his nation.
For that matter, maybe I should have gone to mass. Sorry, boss.

My Mom is VERY devout. I have an old copy of her Catholic Observation Calendar book, and her notes of where she was or what church she observed the event. Basically, you can be in church everyday and often multiple times a day. You'd have to be a Monk to hit them all.Speaker to Animals wrote:He's supposed to go to mass since this is St. George's feast day and St. George is the patron of his nation.

I've been working all day so not had a chance yet. No doubt I'll raise a glass of LBV to the old Roman lizard killer when I get home.C-Mag wrote:Cool, How you celebrating Monte ?

To be honest most people don't celebrate it at all and few could even tell you what day it falls on.C-Mag wrote:Montegriffo wrote:I've been working all day so not had a chance yet. All the fun happens on St Patrick's Day even in England.
Can't name a single tradition associated with it other than flying the cross of St George.
Maybe a bit of Morris dancing.
