I don't know how the Stig got the job of driving that car into outer space but I hope he's back in time for next season's Top Gear.GrumpyCatFace wrote:

I love the reference to Hitch hikers guide on the computer screen and did hear mention of a towel being on board. For those reasons alone I'm prepared to forgive Musk for not solving the problem of clean drinking water here on Earth first.

Not by blasting massive great dirty fuelled rockets through the atmosphere he's not, but it would be churlish to piss all over his acheivements just to make that point in this thread. GCF and I have thrashed this argument out on several occasions in the past and TBH I think he's slightly ahead on points at this stage.Penner wrote:I thought that Musk was going to solve Global Warming?Montegriffo wrote:I love the reference to Hitch hikers guide on the computer screen and did hear mention of a towel being on board. All other arguments are now invalid.

Top Gear tried it first. Could be how Stig got the job.
