The setup is that Trump wants to fuck his daughter. The punchline is that he is too stupid to use his phone correctly.

Yep, that's what I thought was funny. The meme implies that Trump doesn't know the difference between Tweeting and searching for info on google. The set up comes from Trump's now infamous (and slightly creepy) statement that he finds Ivanka attractive and would date her if she were not his daughter.
I was of course trolling for fake indignation when I posted it and that has given me as much amusement as the meme itself.
Like I said, the right has no sense of humour. Not that the left is any better, when you are firmly in one camp you will not find jokes mocking your side funny. As far as I'm concerned a good joke is a good joke which ever side it comes from. I regularly find Nuke funny despite not being on his ''side''.
