LOL, I would have loved to have seen that.Smitty-48 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 11:07 amIt's like Canadians are inclined to be passive-aggressive assholes with no room for parley.
Because they don't think they're going to get shot for it.
I've seen the looks on Canadians faces when they get a gun pulled on them, they are shocked to say the least.
One time I was hanging on the corner in Toronto and there were these hoodlums giving some driver trouble.
He had Michigan plates.
Soon as it looked like they were gonna do something to his car; he stepped out.
With a 1911. Fuck Canada, he didn't give a shit
Peace

Re: Peace
When we used to train with the American military, we had a rivalry, but it was brothers in arms.
They treated us so well, they treated us like gold.
We did get in a big fight at the E-Club at Fort Knox, but we were being real aggressive ourselves.
The MP's arrested us at gun point, we thought we were in deep shit.
They put us on this bus, and just held us there.
Then the American MP commander showed up, came on the bus.
He apologized to us, for us being at gun point from his troops, said it was "just a misunderstanding"
Then he let us go, "have a nice night, stay out of trouble boys, hear?"

LOL, that sounds like the MPs were out of their league... I love stories like that, reminds me a lot of when my grandfather and his brothers used to get into trouble.Smitty-48 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 11:56 amWhen we used to train with the American military, we had a rivalry, but it was brothers in arms.

I wasn't even really fighting, I was a Section Commander, so I was more trying to drag my guys out of it.The Conservative wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 11:58 amLOL, that sounds like the MPs were out of their league... I'm pulling one of my boys away, I turn around and I'm staring down the barrel of an M9
I just put my hands up, followed the MP's instructions.
They apparently had a lot of crime on the base, they have robberies, murders, the whole shebang.
The American MP commander was like out of the movies, he was like Clint Eastwood.
We found out after that he had been in Vietnam, so he was old school.

Re: Peace
On another exercise we were at this place called Camp Blanding in north Florida.
No real base there, just a training area, but it was cool, tropical, snakes and gators n' shit.
We were doing CALIFEX, Combined Arms Live Fire Exercise.
So they brought in a unit from the 101st.
Apaches, Black Hawks, Chinooks, it was the coolest.
They just flew in and parked in a field, then they walked over to the little eating mess building we were at.
There was this one Apache gunner chick, tall and beautiful and blond, in her flight suit.
Man we were hot for her, she was like a movie star, Warrant Officer, we were like teenage boys talking to her.
She was America Fuck Yeah, in the flesh.
