I went to a client's call center a while back. They allow vaping on the clock, in the call center. No doubt that keeps them on the phones. But the stink in there is like a bunch of rotten bananas; and sounds like a bunch of horny sleestaks sucking on broken straws.

I forget the measurement but I think I went with 6%?Nukedog wrote:I got a vape and it helps but I just haven't had the will power to not go get a cigarette. I might need to try a higher nicotine concentrate.California wrote:Sometimes I miss cigs but holy shit you feel so much better without that poison in you
It will be four years clean for me in November.
I also got something super fruity and gay so a cig would taste like shit. It got me over the hump

I do 20%. Tobacco flavor.
I pop nicotine tablets when I'm in public. Nicotine's a stimulant similar to caffeine.
I did some reading on it, and there's a possible connection between nicotine and lowered rates of dementia and Alzheimer. Parkinson's too. MJF is involved with a study on the benefits.

https://www.alzdiscovery.org/cognitive- ... s/nicotineWhile tobacco is unquestionably dangerous—and smoking tobacco likely increases the risk of dementia—nicotine therapy may offer protection against cognitive decline or dementia, though the evidence is mixed.
http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/hea ... a-researchThey discovered that the addictive drug in tobacco wards off Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s as people grow older.
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2 ... 160635.htmEveryone knows that tobacco products are bad for your health. However, according to research, it turns out the nicotine itself--when given independently from tobacco--could help protect the brain as it ages, and even ward off Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease.
