Yeah, bums are barely human, I agree

The majority of homeless are normal people. The street people you see all the time are actually the minority, but it's rarely obvious when a more common homeless person stands before you. Most work. Lots of them are divorced fathers where the state takes most and sometimes all of their income. Others just lost their home because of the shit economy.

The drug addicts and insane people you think of are just a fraction of the homeless.

If we just undid Reagan's brilliant idea of closing mental health institutions that housed these people, you really would not see it at all. The obvious homeless would be institutionalized. The majority you do not recognize would go on going on without your noticing them.

From the 'sanctuary state'.

California permanently eliminates high school exit exam requirement
SACRAMENTO — California has permanently scrapped its high school exit exam under legislation signed by Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday.

The California High School Exit Examination was a requirement to receive a diploma in the state, but the legislature voted in 2015 to drop it for the high school classes of 2015 to 2018. Diplomas were retroactively awarded to anyone who met all other graduation requirements after the test became a mandatory must-pass exam in 2004.

That resulted in an estimated 40,000 former high school students receiving their diplomas.

This state is hell bent on imploding as fast as possible, isn't it?

Shocking. Pretty sure California (or atleast LA County) did away with the senior project as well, two years after I graduated
