That's just the nature of the NFL. What is Atlanta without Matt Ryan or hell Denver without Manning? Without Brees the Saints are the Browns.
Not true. Give me an average QB with a killer O-line, and defense, and I'll win the Super Bowl.
Ravens did it with Trent Dilfer back in 2000-ish. Heck the Broncos did it last year with the shell of Manning. He was NOT an elite QB at that point.

Well it's Superbowl week.

This week may turn out to be more about politics than football. As Trump continues to trigger the snowflakes and run laps around the media the hysteria will continue. Enter Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. Both reported as Trump supporters. Questions will be asked by reporters from all over, and 24/7 SJWnetwork(ESPN) who is well known for them ever revolving Brady-Belichick masturbation reports are going to come into direct conflict.

Recently a professor called out Brady and said Kaepernick was more patriotic.

Should be good entertainment, but not football.

These bitches may force me to be a Tom Brady fan in the way that the unfair media cover of Michael Vick turned me into a Vick fan.

Off field activities of players seem to have a way of affecting on field performance. Just late in this season the NYGiants had a boat party and then they lost, Antonia Brown selfishly put out a locker room video and the Steelers lost........ now the press keeps questioning Tom Brady on his support for Trump. Brady is trying to stonewall them, but writers, usually in love with Brady are jumping ship over Trump. Here's a taste of it.
Brady’s not a sophisticated enough thinker for his support to have gone beyond “I know this guy,” but things have changed. Trump’s orders and appointments are pushing America toward various sorts of wars; empowering white supremacy; attempting to strip away long-ensconced rights; undermining the government’s ability to function on a day-to-day level; and installing bigotry and stupidity as American policy. He has made life worse for people. People will die. “What’s going on in the world?” Get the fuck out of here!

I don’t know what I personally want to hear from Tom Brady now. An apology would be ideal. Owning up to his support of Trump would be respectable, at least on a level where he shows he comprehends what any of this means. But to throw off the questions altogether, especially with some glib shit about being a positive person, is more than I can bear. A dumb rich guy supporting Donald Trump as a person is understandable. I believe it still makes Brady a dreadful person, bereft of empathy or of brains. But refusing to even acknowledge his support, or just the very clear and human reasons for the widespread criticism of that support, makes Brady a coward

another
But in refusing to publicly disavow Trump's actions, Brady is giving tacit endorsement to both Trump and the chaos he has created.

and check this out.............. I never thought the masturbatory fan boys at ESPN would abandon Tom Brady, but it might be happening.

Okee, this is probably the best gift the Falcons could get this week.

Stephen A. Smith is a piece of shit. The sooner he dies the sooner we Make Sports Great Again

Good for Brady on keeping this about the game.

I respect Stephen A more than Kellerman. I find it interesting that Stephen A basically makes an excuse for Brady by saying he doesn't really know what Trump stands for, ie. Brady is politically stupid. A QB, that ESPN has talked about his brilliance for years.

The Superbowl press week is known for being very distracting to teams, the Patriots have been fairly immune to it. However, now we have this highly emotional political period injected. New England TE Martellus Bennet has come out and said if the Pats win, he will not go to the Whitehouse. I'm sure that doesn't make Bill B. happy.

All this focus on the Patriots and Trump allow the Falcons to go about their business.

This whole week is terrible. Except for me because my last day off was 1/23 and my next day off is 2/8 and I've been averaging 10-12 hour days. I guess that sucks but we're paid by the hour with all of the worker's paradise rules CA guarantees

And to heat this up a little Falcons owner spoke out against Trump at the opening night ceremonies.

Trumps apparently an Anti-Semite, because he failed to mention the Jews that died in WWII.

Stupid Blank, let the Patriots deal with these political questions, focus on the game.
