Both are just some kind of large organic base with top soil over it to get plants started. The organic mass acts to store moisture and feed the plants. Just bought an ultra light spinning combo, 4lb line, some little bobbers and very little hooks, and a little silver spoon at .125oz all for $25.
Ultra light is great. How cheap it is

Idk. The park stocks more than a few kinds. Trout not yet. Still too hot. I only see people pull little channel cats in anyway. I'll probably just get some bagged bait or stink bait.
