I'd probably look at putting in a second alternator rather than trying to stretch the factory one possibly beyond its limit.

Instead of having two banks, consider making one three cell bank with a voltage regulator.

Put your batteries in sequence with each other.

That's the way I had them kind of but I killed my ignition battery blowing my fan. I need a switch between the auxiliary and ignition. Going to figure this out.
