What do you think is the average height for a male in the US?
Five foot, ten inches.
Actually, it's 5'9.5

I just officially started a training program adapted from this:

Added in some weight lifting compound lifts for now because I am still worried I won't continue getting stronger on the lower levels of the progressions.

Mainly going to focus on isometrics when I get a little bit more advanced.

Once I get the training flow streamlined and can shorten the time in the gym, I will integrate it with something like this:

FIVE NINE AND A HALF
Fucking manlets I swear. I'm 5'10 btw

Also decimalizing imperial half way through and not giving a fuck about a standard is triggering my autism.

Write 5' 9 1/2'' or 5.791

I'm browsing the Eugene Sandow link Doc posted elsewhere, I put the link at the bottom. I like and generally agree with this guys views on strength and health.

“I am myself no believer in a special diet, still less in a rigid one, as necessary while training. :D
The old nonsense on this subject, about raw eggs and underdone meat, seems to be passing away, :snooty:
and more rational views now prevail. I eat whatever I have a taste for, without stinting myself unduly; nor do I restrict myself seriously in what I drink.
Commonly, I abjure anything intoxicating, confining myself mostly to beer and light wines. :|
Tea and coffee I never suffer myself to touch. :o
All I impose upon my appetites is that they shall be temperately indulged.” :)
