You are far weaker than me. I have developed weight lifting programs that could have allowed me to deadlift 500 pounds with one hand. I did not actually follow through with them, but I did devise them and they would work if I didn't spend a good portion of my day playing Runescape and if I had a body type conducive to building muscle.
