LOL, I didn't say it was working yet, I am making it... right now it's a little larger than a soda can. I am not going to finish it till I figure out the db issue. I am getting the frame printed so I can get the LEDs into the system, the only thing I have working right now is the capacitor and the discharge. Can't see much on that.

Take your kickstarter scam and shove it.
Look at the specs for the LED and for whatever speaker you are using to generate a 130db sound and post the power requirements for them.

The noise you generate with that low voltage is likely a high-pitched tone that likely will damage hearing.

No. Any amount can damage at a high pitch like that.
