You mean elite athletes that blood dope? You could get some gray market acetazolamide (Diamox) but just from what you’re saying, it sounds normal.

They tend to have low blood pressure and a resting heart rate around 50. But that's because their cardio vascular system is strong.

I don't really know if it's normal or not. It just doesn't feel right. I shouldn't fight passing out when I stand.

I am getting a little burned out on this winter running bullshit. Only one month to go, and it was warm in the 40s the past few days, but fucking hell, man. It's 20s out there right now and it sucks. The only way I can realistically shave off another 4 minutes from my 5k by next January is to keep running the whole fucking time, through both winters.

Tall men with low blood pressure can get dizzy easily from sudden movement (like standing up too quickly). Aren’t you on the tall side?

6' is on the tall side. Don't get up quickly. And check with your doctor if any of the stuff you're taking could be causing it. Supplements are drugs and drugs have side effects.
