Laying off carbs for a few months is a bigger deal than not seeing my family for Thanksgiving in eleven years.

No, staying in ketosis from now until November is not healthy.

You will lose your gains if you stay in ketosis for more than a few months.

DB didn't tell me that. I passed on pizza today. Sonuvabitch.

These people paid me over four grand to be a part of this research, and I turned down their thank you pizza for keto. I don't know what is real anymore.

Pizza is okay every now and again. Your ideal meal would be something like turkey or chicken, potatoes, green beans, and maybe an apple.

Carbs are only bad if you don't burn them as energy.

You don't have to break keto to eat Thanksgiving dinner. Eat turkey and veggies, stay away from stuffing and potatoes.

And CKD works the best, StA is right, as usual

A large pizza at dominos is eight bucks and if you pick it up you don't have to tip. I can eat for a day and a half off of this. This is a good deal.

I am on day 8 of 12 in a row at work and we have reached peak retard here despite being live for the last 2 days. I have one earbud in with reggae playing in an effort to keep me from lashing out.

So sorry if i yell at someone here
