Everybody's ideal macros varies with genetics, and probably varies depending upon their health and situation each day, but in general, you want a balanced (isometric) macro scheme.
Tricks like ketosis are good for rapid weight loss. You shouldn't do that all the time.
Personally, I think the better approach is to just raise your protein, lower your carbs. Limit carbs to things like veggies, fruit, and oats. Do some cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach. Drink lots of water. At least a gallon each day. Walk as much as you can. Do that for maybe two months. Then go back to isometric. Keep drinking the water and doing the cardio. The whole time you should be lifting weights or doing calisthenics frequently (i.e. seriously trying to get stronger).
