Maybe they thought they would win if they let the Mexicans kill them.

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

No such thing as a jinx, nothing I say or do will have the slightest influence on the outcome, touch wood.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 2:56 pmJinxing it with the thread title.

Expectations were really low before this world cup. No one thought we could go all the way most people said our young team would do well to make the quarter final stage. Now we have a real chance of getting to the final.
I can't actually believe it.
Flags are going up again....

Really hope England manages to reach the final and beat France. And I think they'll manage it too.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 2:55 amNo such thing as a jinx, nothing I say or do will have the slightest influence on the outcome, touch wood.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 2:56 pmJinxing it with the thread title.

Haven't looked forward to a match like this in a long time. It's going to be great. And now it starts.

Come on England....
I'm getting nervous now.
Two finals in my lifetime is not too much to ask for is it?
