Society is just a bunch of people agreeing on a code of conduct.

So were the Bolsheviks, so is the Taliban, what's your point?

Again, I don't live in a society, for all intents and purposes political, because the definition is limitless to the point of being meaningless.

You live in a society with accepted rules of engagement. If you don't go North on the Southbound freeway, you are observing those rules of engagement.

Those rules are in the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario, no more, no less, there is no society here, but the Crown. Quite frankly, the law is full of all sorts of ridiculous rules, and the only reason I follow them, is my oath to Her Majesty.

so·ci·e·ty
səˈsīədē/Submit
noun
1.
the aggregate of people living together in a more or less ordered community.
Never swore any oath to that, there is nothing binding to me to any obligations to it, and so for all intents and purposes political, it does not exist.
Would you swear an oath to get me a birthday present?

Nothing. I love to drive.

We don't need society for roads. Or road rules. Or pretty much anything.

Who are you on about now? Where are the "libertarians" around here?
