Dave Tippett is sitting at home right now, he was rumoured to be going to the Avs before, if Team Bednar comes out of the gate flat again, I think Tippett to the Avs is a done deal, unless someone else hires him first.

Someone will hire him first. The Avs will sit on their hands too long and then settle for a lesser coach when they finally wise up.

What would cheer me up? Trading Duchene, firing Bednar, Sakic moving into a figurehead type position instead of running the show, hiring Dave Tippett. Any one of those things would be a start, yet the Avs sit on their hands and act like nothing is wrong.

Nah, that'd be alright, at least a third of the contract I would chalk up to intangibles, Babs is not bringing him in just to score goals, goal scoring is not a Leafs deficiency.

Funny fucking guy over here. You know what isn't funny? 22 wins in the regular season and the worst season since moving to Denver. The worst regular season any team has had in the salary cap era, a measly 48 point season.
