If it's like barracuda, and it looks like one, it's probably pretty tasty.

I've always heard they are full of bones.

I've only ever gotten one of them out of the water, and it was as big as my dog. Those teeth are really good at breaking the line.

I never heard of anybody eating a barracuda. That's fucking nasty.

Quite good but like said, full of bones. You can salvage a good dozen or so tattertott sized morsels off of them and fry em up. Probably ore if dog sized. Tastes like chicken or flounder.

I used them for bait a few times. No sense eating it. Just cut off some meat and hook it. Catch something edible.

Quite edible I assure you. I don't even like fish much and it was one of my favorites. If it's too small to bother with though I would just send it back.... carefully.

Oysters, Despite What You’ve Heard, Are Always in Season
“Essentially if you buy oysters that are grown in healthy waters and they’re handled properly, then there’s no problem with eating them any time of the year,” said Donald Meritt, an aquaculturist at the Horn Point Oyster Hatchery at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science.
