Red beans and rice with kielbasa or bratwurst. Cook up the beans and rice then either eat the brats or basa cold or warm them up with the RBNR. Any combination is good, hot, warm, or cold. Spam and canned beans'll do you right, too--you don't have to cook them either. But you've got to worry about your vitamins B and K--mangos and avocados are good for both, and taste great.
Force yourself to eat some seafood once in awhile, even if it's only canned tuna.

Probably are? I haven't seen any. Not a big fisherman and when I do it's usually at eagle lake or a local park so.
