The Mary Sue's are one of my biggest peeves with the SJW corruption of films today, though. For a long time, I could tolerate it, not thinking much of it, but now it's impossible to ignore. It looks so incredibly stupid that I don't want to pay for it. I cringe whenever I see it.

There obviously are exceptions. If we are talking about superheroes, and some chick has superpowers (like Jessica Jones), then fine. That makes sense. But usually that's not what we are seeing.

You want a strenght gap between male and female action stars?

I want less of the progressive social propaganda.

Even in terms of fighting, a woman can still be a great fighter, but don't show her throwing punches like a huge male would throw, knocking dudes across the room and whatnot.


If you want a measure of how stupid such a scene truly is, then imagine substituting Woody Allen in place of the actress. He is probably about the same size, muscle mass, and stature. Does it make sense? If not, it's fucking retarded and I am tired of the constant programming they are attempting on people.

Now come on StA! We all know that women can do anything a man can physically. That's why 40% of NFL players are women, 36% of NHL players are women, 56% of MLB players are women, 67% of NBA players are women, the current Heavyweight Boxing champ is a woman, and that the best NASCAR driver in history is a woman!

What makes you so sure it's programming. You think other countries doing it is also programing or certain leading actor quality ladies just look cool doing it?

In other movie news HBO is making a miniseries on Cortez...hell YES.

In my opinion, I did like Episode VII and I thought that it kind of "redeemed" Star Wars for a whole new generation.
