What keeps these "real" critics in business? It ain't their reviews. Its what sells advertising dollars.
I don't understand what you're trying to say. What sells adverts, if not their reviews? Why would you continue to "pay" for advice that time after time has been wrong for you?
Wrong for whom? The person paying? John Q public ain't footing the bill. You not understanding is a given. Do you know what embedded advertisements are?
You seem to layer your paranoid worldview on such a simple transaction. Take non-premium TV. We watch it, and it's commercials, because it's entertaining. When the show sucks, we stop watching, and it gets cancelled since the advertisers are paying for eyeballs. It's exactly the same with newspaper, or even tv, reviewers.

Funny, why they would use a bitch and call her male on the show? Like anyone can't see that she ain't got no equipment? I remember hearing that Lassie was always a male because they were more trainable. But maybe it was just that collies are dumber than Malinois.

13th Dec. Day after UK general election.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I had a black lab when I was a kid, he was amazing. He had an uninterruptible power supply. I'd go out skating everyday and he'd pull me at incredible speed. He could pull me ten miles on my skateboard. He loved to swim. I'd come home from school and he'd be paddling around waiting for me to jump in and join him. He loved to fetch, he could even dive to the bottom of the pool to fetch plastic rings. He was so friendly, so smart, so loyal.

Great series but, FYI, the novel this season is based on was a huge slog for about the first half. Payoff was paltry too. You still don't figure out who the type 3+ civilization assassins were either.

They literally cast the actor I had in mind for the baddie, though. Whoever does casting for this series is top notch.
