I bought Elite Dangerous over a year ago. Felt ripped off, honestly. I bought early access to this game, but what they didn't tell me was they were going to charge for all the new additions to the gameplay. So there is all this new shit I have to pay more money for.

Right. I got the same. They added planetary action, but you have to pay for it. They added first person on space stations, but you have to pay for it.

They did a good job on the ship cockpits. Those were top notch. Star Citizen is on that level now.

I press F to look around at my screens, focus on the comms panel, scroll to the ship or station I want to talk to, and click.

Just like that. And I don't have to buy anything new when new modules get released.

Luckily for you, I was all the way out on Yela buying drugs when we started.

I had to fly off that moon,



and jump to Port Olisar,



the jump was as pretty as ever,



When I got there, there were thirteen other players just in front of me.



I hailed the port for permission to land,



and ran inside to find this sand dwelling fellow hailing a ship of his own.

I was playing on my XBox. That game is actually really sweet. So far. There's quite a lot to figure out. This is the game they promised before. It's pretty cool.




This might be the most epic turnaround in gaming history as far as I know. This game was total garbage on release and now it's pretty fucking awesome.
